Here's the list of who has POVs when for the Pre-Games. I had to do a lot of puzzling to make sure that tributes of the same alliance, those of the same friendship/love jumble, and those of the same submittor were fairly evenly distributed, and I think I've done it! Each of the POVs has a reason as to why it is where it is, but no worries because structuring them this way will feature each tribute equally (I hope)! Enjoy!
