However, these are usually not seen 100% since she wears a fuchsia robe over those clothing more often. When she is not wearing the robe though, it is easy to see two fuchsia dragon tattoos, one on each leg. She wears fuchsia rubber shoes for her footwear, and fuchsia jewel rings on each of her fingers. Basically, she is fuchsia on every part possible.

Relations with Mentors: She also calls them her children too, since most of them are younger than her. Even the tribute on her first year as escort became a victor. Cartier is really close with her, being her first Victor gotten on her first year escorting. Blessing likes her well enough but sometimes doesn't agree with her casual nature.

Thoughts on the Quell: She thinks it'll be cute, like how she fell in love with a random boy her age back then and got an 'accident' with him. She can be a shipper as long as she thinks the couple is cute. Normally, anything is cute to her as long as relationships involve two people at most.

Relations with Tributes: Cerena usually treats her tributes with polite detachment, but has gotten emotionally attached to a few deceased tributes over the years. She will sympathize with rebellious tributes and work with them secretly to help with rebellions.She would have another year of quiet curtness with her tributes, both of them determined to be Victors.

Relations with Mentors: Cerena respects mentors, especially ones who are involved with secret rebels. She dislikes the District 2 mentors, Vesperus and Nona, because they are still blindly devoted to Panem, but treats them politely all the same. On the way to District 1 during Vesperus's Victory Tour, they'd talked a bit about it, but Vesperus drew back, not willing to put the lives of his sisters on the line for this. She and Nona have always just been very curt and polite.

Thoughts on the Quell: Cerena hates the twist and thinks it is cruel to force tributes to fall in love, only to make them kill each other. The twist only makes her more bitter against the Capitol.

DISTRICT 3

Alanena Tara Harmony, 31

Appearance: She's tall, with puffy hair, a few tattoos on her entire body, her skin is dyed blue.

Relations with Tributes: She treats them as humans, as she became a escort, in order to do her best to help the district people. She may be off-put by both Kaelys and Bec, but would do her best to help them play up her strengths.

Relations with Mentors: With respect, since they were lucky and strong enough to survive the Games. She has not yet escorted a Victor. Tav and Ellie are kind to her and always say that they hope this will be the year District 3 has another Victor, for her sake as well as theirs.

Thoughts on the Quell: She adores it, finally a chance to have a Games that do not involve only killing. Oh, hell yeah, she's a shipper. She will do her best to keep her ships together, and happening.

Relations with Tributes: She is understanding and treats them like humans. Wants the best for them and would probably be on good terms with both Nerio and Luna.

Relations with Mentors: She actually really annoys the mentors by trying to give the tributes pep talks and coach them lol. Michael thinks she's pretty overbearing, but she did escort him to Victor so he can't complain. Port actually likes it when she steps in and gives pep talks because that's one of the many things he's too awkward to do so he just lets her go on and on.

Thoughts on the Quell:  She thinks it is awful and feels bad that the tributes are going to be put through this.Though she thinks it is awful, she just can't resist shipping people together.

Zeoux "Maxim" Maximillian, 42

Appearance: Maxim's signature look is his rainbow afro hair and think sunglasses. From his right to his left, the color of his hair is arranged like a rainbow. To others when looking at his front, they'd see it from left to right. He wears thick black sunglasses to cover his eyes. It is rumored that he has poor vision on both eyes, but he has Japanese-Hawaiian ancestry, thus narrow eyes, but not poor vision. He doesn't take off his sunglasses unless he's at home. His skin was light brown naturally, but people only see the slightly glittering bronze skin on his neck and face. He had his lips colored silver, and his eyebrows, as well as his facial hair, dyed in silver as well. Moving below the head, he usually wears a suit and tie. His polo would usually be black, but his tie and blazer changes depending on the day of the week: Red, Sunday; Orange, Monday; Yellow, Tuesday; Green, Wednesday; Blue, Thursday; Indigo, Friday; Violet, Saturday. His smell also changes per week, because of the perfumes he uses: Rose, Sunday; Tangerine, Monday; Honey Mustard, Tuesday; Aloe Vera, Wednesday; Mint, Thursday; Mixed Berries, Friday; Lavender, Saturday. His hands are covered with black gloves, but a golden ring that looks ancient is tightly placed on his right ring finger. He wears white slacks that look ordinary, but in darkness, it glows like a shiny white lamp. He also wears a golden belt designed like a dragon, but only the dragon head buckle and a small portion of the belt is seen. He wears leather boots (not too high) for his footwear. His left boot is metallic pink, while his right boot is metallic blue. They look like "space boots" because white light emits from the soles, as long as there's battery. One last thing notable from him is his cane, which is why people thought he had poor vision. It is not a soft cane, but it looks soft because of its serpentine structure, plus it has a dragon's head on the top end. It is made of mahogany! If he turns on the switch from the dragon's head, the cane will light up with its colors changing like a rainbow, starting with red, then orange, and so on and so forth until it reaches violet, and then back to red. The dragon head has diamond eyes, and if he turns on the light, these diamond eyes will also change colors accordingly.

Relations with Tributes: As a father of 5 children, he treats these tributes like his children, nephews and nieces, or grandchildren. He loves giving them tips and advice, being the wise escort he is. He also wants to think they are different in their own ways, not just tributes related to their district industry. Wants to help Dyna and Joule as much as he can and will probably get to know each of them.

Relations with Mentors: He also likes to think they are different. They have been through something tough (the Games), and he understands each of their livelihood and changes as a victor and mentor. He treats them more professionally though, since they are more exposed to Capitolian culture. He and Tim are pretty close because they're both more fatherly, and keeps an eye on Kelly to be sure she's not causing trouble.

Thoughts on the Quell: He doesn't like it, since he thinks it is so forced. He does not share this thought to others, however.

Jovia Amii Kincandine, 32

Appearance: Long, wavy fuchsia hair, brown eyes that she wears colored contact lenses on to make them bright teal. She wears plentiful silvery makeup, and is 6'4'', extremely tall in her signature teal heels. She will never reveal her weight to anyone, even you Celtic! XD She's slightly curvy, and has a heart shaped face. Her outfit for the 125th Games is a big, puffy mint green ballgown dress covered in rainbow colored pearls (She LOVES extravagance).

Relations with the Tributes: She treats them like humans. She dealt with hate throughout her life and wants her tributes to be respected and liked. She works hard for her tributes and is the best Escort 6 has ever had; she is almost like a Mentor. She does not plan on quitting. She is so good she managed to get Gian home in the 123rd even though he seemed to be a bit of a longshot. She would be a big help for Riggs through the tossing and turning of the Quell, and have pity on Desiree as well, refusing to count her out.

Relations with the Mentors: She gets along with Gian and Anatoly and is very good friends with Gian. She is a bit offput by Anatoly's addiction slowly taking her, and is more than willing to help mentor Anatoly's tributes when Toly's gone. She's also very friendly and she and Gian have a good working relationship, and she always makes sure there's coffee available for him, which is basically all she needed to do to make Gian like her.

Thoughts on the Quell: She is a little unsettled by it and thinks it will be awkward and a flop.She can be a shipper of other tributes but her own she respects and doesn't insult them. She will find them lovely and if either of her tributes fall in love she'll give them in depth advice on how to deal with relationships.

DISTRICT 7

 Anakyn Skyavich, 19

Appearance: Anakyn is rather tall for his age (about 6'2" in height) and slender with a slight muscular build (like an Olympic swimmer type of body, not a weightlifter). His skin tone is a light beige but it sometimes glows into a soft golden tan if he goes outside a lot more on a sunny day. His hair is short in the front with side bangs that appears slightly bouncy and flouncy, but the back strands are long enough to barely graze the bottom of his neck. Even though he was born with sandy blond hair that's dark enough to appear light brown, Anakyn decided on having parts of his hair dyed with an interesting palette of dirty blonde, liquid gold, light caramel brown, Creamsicle orange, terracotta brown, and a hint of soft, bright red as his hair colour (the liquid gold, caramel brown, Creamsicle orange, terracotta brown, and bright red parts are dyed in soft, diffused streaks so it looks like it keeps changing colours in different angles, directions, and lighting, but some of his dirty blonde hair is still intact, which is reminiscent of sunset hair and desert tones). Sometimes he leaves his hair straight while other times, he would style it into soft, ruffled waves with (or without) small braids interweaved in the messy perfection. His eye colour is a lapis lazuli blue (the kind of dark blue you'd read about in literature; it's his natural eye colour, by the way) and there are midnight blue circuit-like designs tattooed on the left side of his face crawling from his temple, around his eye, and just stopping at underneath the eye (those things are actually temporary tattoos, by the way, sometimes, you might see his face without the circuit designs). Anakyn also has a sleeve tattoo on his right arm that reaches as far as his hand to look like a black cybernetic arm (that thing is permanent ink; please note that the outlines of the sleeve tattoo are more brushstroke-like instead of thin-fine tattoo lines). Unlike most Capitolites, he doesn't like plastic surgery, whisker, talon, or jewel implants, decorative pattern cut-outs, having his skin dyed into different colours, or excessive make-up. Speaking of make-up, he leaves his face natural with no make-up (he's naturally youthful like that, but still masculine), but the only kind he would even put on was a small amount of eye shadow and eyeliner (he occasionally wears gold eyeliner or metallic steel gray, aquamarine eye shadow, and royal blue eyeliner to accentuate his eyes) and translucent body glitter (sometimes even having hints of glitter on his hair).

Relations with Tributes: Anakyn actually treats the tributes like they're human, and he genuinely cares for them a lot (even though he feels rather guilty about who he ended up picking, but seriously, it's hard to hide that part during the Reapings). When it comes to the tributes he work with, he's actually more like an kind, affectionate, and mischievous older brother-type towards them; even if the tributes have a hard time getting used to the Capitol or dealing with other Capitolites, he's actually pretty easy to get along (as long as you trust him) and surprisingly, he acts more like an average teenager/young adult rather than a pompous Capitolite. When it comes to his duties during the Hunger Games, he knows he is responsible for his district's tributes and mentors, but he is actually subtly unconventional and more generous compared to most escorts (which he would do or allow the tributes and mentors to do in private and in their apartment without anyone else watching). For example, he's not too strict on rules or etiquette, he can play with them during free time if they want to (such as playing games with them, making blanket or pillow forts, having pillow fights, etc), be willing to help his tribute(s) pull a harmless prank (or more) on another district's escorts or mentor(s) (if that particular person/people did something dickish to his own tribute(s)), preferring and allowing his district's tributes and mentors to talking to the Avoxes and even calling them by their real names if he knows them/they work with him (as a Capitolite, Anakyn knows that the Avoxes are criminals and they can't speak very well because their tongues got cut off, but he knows that they're human, too so he prefers to treat them with some form of respect, although he couldn't do that if he's around other people besides his own tributes and mentors) and thanking them when they do something for him, the tributes, and the mentors. This might even involve during the Reapings, such as Anakyn inventing and installing special force fields to shield citizens from rain in The Justice Building/The Hall of Justice (but clear enough to still allow filming). He might also help out with training, interview angles, arena and fighting strategies, helping tributes with physical and/or mental disabilities, or even mentoring the tributes himself occasionally (though such case is rare) if they think the mentors are being too harsh, confusing, drunk/hungover, or otherwise specified. While he makes sure that they're somewhat happy and comfortable before they're sent off to the Hunger Games (he wants to give them at least hope and/or one happy memory of some kind before being forced to fight to death, so that they won't feel traumized as much), Anakyn tries hard to connect with his tributes and to be trustworthy enough to be a source of advice if the tribute himself/herself/themselves isn't enough or if they felt like they can't survive the Games, but he won't touch onto sensitive subjects unless that person wants to. It might be a little difficult for Anakyn to fully understand people depending on the tributes' personalities, even if he himself is technically part District-citizen by birth and blood. But that doesn't mean he'll give up on them; he has their backs regardless of age, gender, sexuality, physical and/or mental disabilities, intellect, or background, even if it's not always noticeable in everyone else's eyes. Syca starts uncomfortable but warms up to him, where Persei just ignores and throws any desire of friendship aside.

Relations with Mentors: When it comes to treating mentors, this kind of subject is also similar to how he treats the tributes (as mentioned above), but Anakyn respects them despite what they've gone through during their Games and he tries to work harder to fully gain their trust since some of them hate the Capitol/Capitolites (and to prove that he's not a bad person), or just plain-out bitter towards him. Again, a mentor might easily get along with him, but it depends on that person's personality. He'll make sure that nothing bad happens when they're mentoring the tributes or themselves, and that they're not too harsh or strict on the tributes unless there's a certain reason. Chances are, some mentors might have know his mom back in her escorting days, so only a few that worked with his mom or Anakyn are somewhat or fully aware of his mixed parentage and why he's culturally and emotionally-conflicted within the environment he's in or the information he's been taught and told. He knows he's not an expert in everything and he's not perfect as far as his "own kind" goes (whatever he's supposed to be) in the eyes of some mentors and it bothers him at times, but he's confident enough (actually, he's confident whether he's at the runway, photoshoots, or on stage) to accept who he is and to pull off his job, even if it means feeling sad for a while after seeing or hearing about other tributes (including his) who died during each Hunger Games. Ever since Anakyn became an escort (like his mom), he realizes how brutal and life-threatening the Hunger Games can be and how the Capitolites are ignorant about it, so he's grown sharply observant because of this. At this rate, he has mixed feelings about Lux at the moment, but feels suspicious of the Head Gamemaker's and the president's motives during the Games so he feels the mentors' pain regarding their hate for the Hunger Games (he's confused by why they're still happening, but he knows enough that he doesn't like the Games and how the Capitol glamorized it). Even though his responsibilities as an escort prevent him from allowing the tributes (or mentors) to escape from it, that doesn't stop Anakyn from being reckless enough to investigate and gain knowledge in secret about the tyranny the Gamemakers and the president are orchestrating if he got the chance, in hopes of exploiting their deepest, darkest secrets and stopping the Hunger Games forever at some point . In other words, if another rebellion is to happen, he'll be likely to join the rebels to help gain freedom (ONE DAY). He and Kendal are probably pretty polite and close, and he and Helen probably became pretty close pretty fast and may even flirt back and forth because they're close in age and both very adventurous souls. Don't leave those two alone together. They will cause major trouble.

Thoughts on the Quell: Ok, honestly, Anakyn thinks the Quarter Quell twist is HELLA WEIRD. He's pretty confused and has mixed feelings about the whole thing. He's seen and heard of brutal and strange things happening during previous Hunger Games (either LIVE or from previous footage), but damn, this is probably one of the most sadistic Hunger Games ideas (and weirdest Quarter Quell twist) he's ever heard. Why? For one thing, all the tributes are forced (or willingly) falling in love with each other regardless of which district, even if it's their own (just love itself is really nice; at least it's better than just plain-out gore and death... sorta), BUT he believes that falling in love/loving someone romantically would be even more painful if you end up killing that person, seeing that person being killed, or if YOU'RE killed by either another tribute or that person you're in love with. And by making it happen with injected extra hormones (or brainwashing, machinery, harsh discipline, etc) is just.. wrong somehow. He wasn't even sure if those kinds of things would result in stuff like hugs, make-out sessions, consented sex, or even unwilling sex/rape; somehow it reminds of him of stories he heard about mentors who ended up being prostituted by Panem's presidents (both the current and previous ones) to Capitol citizens (although he's not sure if it's even true or not).

DISTRICT 8

Appearance: She stands at 5'7, and weighs 140 lbs. Very curvy hips and she walks like a diva. Her ancestors are of Hispanic decent so she has olive skin. She has a butterfly tattoo on her cheek.

Relations with Tributes: She only treats the tributes that are mature and not cry with SOME decency. To the little cry-babies or the kids who look like they're gonna shit their pants she can't stand being around. Semper would begin to warm up to her and probably ask for help to avoid his mentor. Ester would try to become close with her as well. 

Relations with Mentors: She tries to treat the mentors with decency, although she can't help much grit her teeth at them when they show disrespect at her. Anthony just writes her off but tries his very best to be polite, while she and Tartan despise each other. He's probably threatened to (or actually has) hurt her at least once.

Thoughts on the Quell: She thinks it's hilarious. People having to go in being forced in love with people? Maybe those little cry-babies will levitate over their lovers in a cartoony way with hearts on their eyes, acting positive for once. She probably only ships the careers. The other tributes who are from lower districts she will think it's pathetic, even her own tributes maybe.

DISTRICT 9

Demetrius Romano Constantine, 20

Appearance: Everything about Demetrius is tall - his face, his body, even his hairstyle. He naturally has pale skin, brown eyes, and black hair. However, he has dyed his skin white. He has dyed his floppy hair pink and acquired a large pink top hat with a heart and arrow decoration on it. He looks like the Mad Hatter, only much taller and with a bright pink suit.

Relations with Tributes: He treats the tributes with a pretentious "I am better than you" attitude (kind of like White Man's Burden - he thinks it is up to the escorts to educate the tributes). Jasper would hate him secretly but keep a polite facade most of the time. June would just try to avoid him and retort if he tried to correct her. 

Relations with Mentors: Willing to work with them, but only to bring home tributes so that he can get promoted. Vale would hate him and make it clear that he hates him, which leads to not a good relationship. Prentice just tries to work with him, though he'd probably see Prentice as nothing more than a District rat prostitute and be openly rude and nit-picky of him, which would cause Vale to get even more angry.

Thoughts on the Quell: Excited and sure that the show will be a great one. He will gleefully watch the romance and drama, as shown by his themed outfit.

DISTRICT 10

Charlemagne Richie, 43

Appearance: Charlemagne is pretty tall, much taller than his aunt and guardian Cobra at around 6'3". Cobra was an escort for a long time, first for District 7 where they escorted Kendal Beck to Victory in the 84th Games, and then promoted to District 4 before retiring. His skin is also fairer than Cobra's, as his father had naturally light skin. He's still slightly tanned though, and his eyes are naturally brown, though he likes to wear bright green contacts. His hair is long, reaching several inches past his shoulders.

Relations with Tributes: Treats them like humans and his equals.Admires Attila for his determination and courage, though Attila mostly just ignores him, and wants to help Miya be more sociable to get sponsors, which she'd be grateful for.

Relations with Mentors: Same as the tributes. Arthur is on of his best friends and he looks up to Kendal. In fact, when he was little, he wanted to be a Victor just like "Uncle Kendal." Now he gives Kendal updates on how his parent is doing. He and his wife Jingle are very close friends with Arthur and Caspar, who are both currently crushing on Jingle's youngest brother Valenty but have yet to approach him about it. Roxanne is pretty cold to Charlemagne and the Capitol itself, though he's still kind to her anyways.

Thoughts on the Quell: He thinks it's a bit odd. This is a fight to the death, not a match making competition. He just rolls with it though. 

DISTRICT 11

Bonaventure Abatescianni, 30

Appearance: Bonaventure is tall and strong-built with a towering presence. He has a black and white mentality, occasionally wearing a touch of red, whether it be a scarf or bandana or whatever. He is a very large dude with big muscles and is very tall. He doesn't smile a lot and seems like he's judging people all the time. 

Relations with Tributes: If they have a chance he will defend them fiercely. He's going to like both of these tributes because Daria is from the Capitol and Ollie is older and has a good fighting chance. 

Relations with Mentors: He is very disgruntled with Skeeter and Chervil. They're not nice to him and he tries to be patient with them but every once in a while just can't deal with their shit most of the time. He tries to see things from Skeeter's point of view and just can't, and he tries to get along with Chervil but Chervil's usually crabby with him. 

Thoughts on the Quell: Actually likes it because he believes it will help the Capitol to put a little love in their hearts. Plus, he's definitely a shipper. He loves to see other people falling in love and being happy.

DISTRICT 12

Ambrose Gavriil Dionte, 22

Appearance: Has a golden tan that stands out from the usual Capitol paleness, very high cheekbones, uses makeup to make their eyebrows very bold and dark, wears black cat eye eyeliner, is fond of using highlighter to make their cheekbones be dazzling in the sunlight. Height of about 5’9”, weight of 134 lbs, lean build and long legs. They have a signature giant white fur coat that is almost floor length, rest if their clothes are kept simple and made of black leather, their hair is kept in a buzz cut and dyed crimson red.

Relations with Tributes: They treat the tributes a bit like children but is working on giving them more respect as they continue to have experience with mentoring. Occasionally slips up and treats them like they're very young children who don't know anything. Ashlyn wants nothing to do with them, but Jacques might talk to them.

Relations with Mentors: They treat the mentors with respect because they can give a good word in the Capitol and potentially help to move them up to a new district. Braelyn hates the fact that they want to get out of 12, but understands deep inside. Allegra usually just avoids them out of cold fear. 

Thoughts on the Quell: They are a little unimpressed by it as they were hoping for something that would increase the amounts of fights happening, like increasing the number of tributes or something that really pits the tributes against each other more than usual.They are a low key shipper and won’t admit to the others that they enjoy watching the relationships form. Would likely keep reactions to themselves about relationships forming expect for if it is happening to one of their tributes, then they might make their excitement obvious.
